We are the Martins!

Currently a family of 5 from New England! We are beach lovers, and more specifically, lovers of the beautiful Topsail Island. The name Sacred Sand is near and dear to our hearts. It was the name of a family beach home where generations of memories in the sand and sun were made. When the beach house was sold we were left with a void that only the salty air and ocean waves could fill. We saw Topsail Island on HGTV's Beachfront bargain hunt and always wanted to visit. Fast forward 3 years, and we booked our first family vacation at Topsail Reef. We fell in love with the beach and the low-key atmosphere- so much so, that we ended up purchasing a unit soon after returning home; and Sacred Sand II was born. As our passion for hosting and sharing this amazing beach destination with others grew, so did our rental portfolio. We put our hearts and souls into each unit we acquire and share with guests. We pride ourselves on the transparency of our listings, personable and honest communication, and high-quality oceanfront accommodations.
